HEARTSPACE LEADERSHIP COACHING
WITH DR. ROBERT SOLANO
Hey there, I’m Robert.
Hey there, I’m Robert.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you figure out what authentic leadership looks like for you. Not some textbook version—your version. The one that feels real, that helps you show up fully, and that actually moves you closer to the goals that matter most.

Meet Robert

I spent 21 years in the Army—flying helicopters, leading soldiers, and later managing billion-dollar defense programs. Serving my country was an honor. It was incredibly fun. But it took a deep toll.
I witnessed my friends die. My ex-wife left me. I struggled with alcohol. And I had severe health issues. Despite my outward success, I carried deep wounds and felt out of alignment. I saw many of my peers struggle as well, and too many of them took their own lives.
The transition from military to civilian life forced me to confront everything I’d been carrying. Through my own healing journey, which included psychedelic medicines, I learned the power of authentic, heart-forward leadership.
Now I’m dedicated to supporting other leaders who are ready to do the same difficult, beautiful work of leading authentically. Because I know firsthand that on the other side of our deepest struggles lies our greatest capacity to serve others.

What My Clients Say
Frequently Asked Questions
There are lots of misconceptions about coaching. To be clear, coaching is not therapy. Therapy usually looks back—working through past trauma, healing wounds, or diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and goal-oriented. We look at where you are today and where you want to go.
Coaching is also not consulting. A consultant gives you a playbook, a set of answers, or a strategy to follow. My role as a coach isn’t to solve your problems for you—it’s to help you discover the answers within yourself, because no one has more knowledge about your situation than you do.
At its core, coaching is about tapping into your own inner wisdom—what I call your divine spirit and universal intelligence. When you learn to listen to that deeper part of your heart, you unlock new levels of growth, freedom, and alignment in your life and work.
I offer both virtual and in-person coaching. We can connect over Zoom, or if you prefer to meet in person, I’m based in Scottsdale, AZ. I can host sessions at my home office, a shared coworking space (coming soon), or even a local coffee shop, your office, or the gym—whatever works best for you. I also travel to Atlanta about once per quarter, where I have a second home and office space in Chamblee, GA, so we can meet there as well.
It depends on what you need. Most individual clients work with me for several months or longer, meeting for about an hour every 2–4 weeks. Some people only want one or two sessions to work through a specific challenge, while others choose to partner with me over the long term. On the other hand, retreats and team workshops are designed around your goals and can vary in format and length.
Your discovery call is completely free. That first conversation gives you a chance to get a feel for the program and even experience some coaching right away. From there, the cost depends on what you need. Individual sessions are typically $350 per hour, with discounts available if you prepay for multiple sessions. Retreats and group workshops are priced separately and vary depending on the format and location.
No, I don’t provide psychedelic therapy directly. What I do offer is preparation and integration coaching—helping you set intentions before an experience and process the insights afterward so they create lasting change in your life. I’m also happy to share information about legal options and resources if that’s something you’d like to explore.
